How long does airtime-to-cash take? ▼
Approved trades are credited to your Nexbit wallet instantly after admin review. Wallet-to-bank withdrawals happen within minutes depending on your bank.
My trade was rejected — what do I do? ▼
Check the rejection reason on your Transactions page. Common reasons are unclear screenshots or incorrect amounts. You can resubmit a corrected trade. If you believe the rejection was an error, contact us with your trade reference.
How do I withdraw my balance to my bank? ▼
Go to Wallet → Withdraw. Add your bank account under Bank accounts on your Profile page first. A ₦50 processing fee applies per withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal is ₦500.
How long does MTN FiberX activation take? ▼
FiberX orders are reviewed and activated within 2–4 hours after payment confirmation during business hours (Mon–Sat, 8AM–8PM). Orders submitted outside these hours are processed the next business day.
What is an FN number and where do I find it? ▼
Your FN (Fixed Network) number is your unique MTN FiberX account identifier. You can find it on your MTN FiberX router label, your MTN FiberX welcome letter, or by contacting MTN support. Always double-check before submitting — wrong FN numbers cannot be reversed.
How do I complete KYC verification? ▼
Go to Profile → Verification (KYC). You'll need to verify your phone number via OTP, then your BVN and NIN. Completing all steps upgrades your account tier and increases your withdrawal limits.
Is my money safe on Nexbit? ▼
Yes. Your wallet balance is held securely and is only accessible through your authenticated account. All transactions are logged and reversible within our system. We use bank-level security for all user data.
